Delivery information
(Not always delivered in the Morris....)

Standard delivery charge (2nd class Post or MyHermes 2-4 day courier) of £3.95 for any size or quantity order*
Or choose Fast Track delivery where we'll deliver your order within 5 working days of ordering for £7.95* (i.e order over weekend and will arrive by Friday).
-Excludes some areas of Scotland. Please enquire before ordering. 

* An additional £1 is charged for items that are heavier and therefore more expensive to send.

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.

You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the products directly to a friend or relative or to your place of work. To avoid delays, it is always advisable to arrange for the item to be delivered to an address where someone is usually in.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible and we aim to make and dispatch your order within 4 working days of receipt of your order. Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.00pm. We only process and dispatch orders during these timescales. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends; orders placed after 5pm on Friday and on Saturday and Sunday are deemed to be processed on Monday at 9am.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within theses timescales, we
cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day as we use 2nd class post via Royal Mail for our signs and MyHermes 2-4 days courier service for many of our crates / boxes. Royal mail items are not trackable but you will receive an email once the item has been posted. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery and always contact your local Royal Mail sorting depot first, before contacting us about non-delivery. Often postal delivery staff will not leave parcels if you are not in and may not always leave a notification card. If it's a sign you have ordered the post-man should be able to simply post through your letter box. MyHermes deliveries are trackable so if you haven't received it after 3 working days, please email for an update.
Delivery Areas - UK only, with some restrictions
Our delivery charge does not apply to the Channel Islands, some offshore UK islands and the Republic of Ireland. We do not deliver outside of the UK. 

It is imperative that you contact us BEFORE you place your order, so that the correct postage can be advised prior to placing an order. Otherwise your order may be cancelled if the item cannot be delivered to your address for the standard charge.

We reserve the right to wait up to 7 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.
